David Fyock and Tommy Letso, biology/pre-medical majors from Indiana County, are completing an undergraduate summer internship program at Indiana Regional Medical Center. The interns shadow a physician from a different medical specialty during each of the program’s eight weeks.
Tim Paul, director of bands, led a workshop, “Proper Hinge Use = Healthy Conductors,” at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association summer conference in July. The clinic showed conductors how to position their bodies to reduce wear and tear on their joints.
