We are excited to celebrate your graduate at the upcoming Commencement Ceremony on May 16! With just four weeks to go until Commencement, we wanted to provide you with a few reminders to help you and your families enjoy this momentous occasion.

Time & Location: The Commencement Ceremony is on Saturday, May 16, in the Alumni Field House. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m., and the procession will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Please plan to be seated prior to 10:00 a.m.

Ticketing: Tickets are required for all guests 10 years of age and older. Graduates have received additional information about ticket distribution.

Weather: The Alumni Field House is not climate-controlled. The ceremony will be livestreamed from Sharpless Auditorium for those who wish to be in an air-conditioned environment.

Security: All individuals entering the Alumni Field House will be subject to a bag check. Before arriving, please review the list of permissible and non-permissible items and plan accordingly.

Planning Ahead: This is a busy weekend in the region, with several large events and college commencements planned. If you have not already made reservations for lunch, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible.

Refreshments: Light refreshments and beverages will be served prior to the start of the ceremony in the Alumni Field House.

Parking: We recommend that all guests enter from the Lancaster Avenue entrance on Commencement Day, in order to most easily access parking. While there will be ample parking for all guests, should you wish to take public transportation, there are two SEPTA stops within a 15-minute walk from campus.
- Wifi: Free wifi is available on campus. However, please be advised that wifi is not available inside the Alumni Field House during the ceremony.

Flowers: The Haverford Women's Volleyball team will be selling beautiful spring bouquets for $30 each. Pre-orders will be accepted until Thursday, May 14, and bouquets can be picked up from 8:30 a.m. until the procession begins at the Commencement venue.
- Photography: Each graduate will be professionally photographed by Legacy Photography as their diploma is presented. Graduates will receive additional information from Legacy, including the opportunity to purchase prints.

Bookstore: The College Bookstore will be open Saturday, May 16, from 8:30-10:00 a.m. and 12:00-2:00 p.m.

Additionally, please note that all residence halls must be completely emptied and vacated by noon on Sunday, May 17. Families and graduates returning to campus on Sunday are welcome to join President Raymond for breakfast in the Dining Center from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
