Stakeholder Discussion: Commercial Air Service
Thank you for joining us as we heard from consultant Jack Penning with Volaire Aviation. The City of Lakeland has hired Jack to assist in recruiting an air carrier to the Lakeland Linder International Airport. The goal is to bring in one large name carrier (Delta, United or American) who would offer a connector flight to either Atlanta, DC or Charlotte. This would be a huge asset to our entire community, cutting down on travel time to larger airports. Interested in being a part of the conversation? Contact airport director, Gene Conrad here.
