This program is limited to Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Education Courses or state authorized Rider Education Courses only. (Beginning Rider or Experienced Rider Courses.)
Training must be completed within 120 days prior to or after the purchase of an eligible model (based on retail sale date as entered into DCS at the time of warranty activation).
Customer completes the claim form and mails required documentation postmarked no later than 150 days after purchase of an eligible model (based on retail sales date as entered into DCS at the time of warranty activation). Customer receives payment directly from Ducati within 6-8 weeks of completing all program requirements.
