The Beaty Biodiversity Museum is 10!

The Beaty Biodiversity Museum is thrilled to celebrate our tenth year of being open to the public!

We would love to see you in person, so as our birthday present to you, we welcome you to visit by donation between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on Friday, October 16, 2020. Please book your timed-entry ticket here

If you can’t be with us in person, we will also celebrate with an Anniversary Livestream at 3:00 pm PDT on Zoom and Facebook Live. Expect a tour of the museum, a view into collections work, interview with curators, Q&A time, and the premiere of our anniversary celebration video. Registration for the Livestream is by donation. Register here!
Thank you to each and every member, donor, visitor, volunteer, friend, staff, and family member of the museum for supporting us these past ten years!
Enjoy our anniversary exhibition, ReCollections, showcasing the beauty and diversity of artistic talents that are housed in the Beaty Biodiversity Museum and Biodiversity Research Centre.

Expect a wide variety of stories that may include museum history, evolution, ecology, local diversity, biodiversity basics, and UBC Biodiversity Research. Join us live on Zoom! Click here to register
When registering for the Beaty@Home sessions, you’ll see an option to pay as you can. All funds support the museum! We suggest $5 per participant, but with a sliding ticket scale from $0, no one will be turned away.
