Chefs & Japanese Wagyu Series
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF) is collaborating with restaurants to showcase how local chefs are preparing Japan's signature wagyu beef! In this video series Nobu Yamazaki, the Michelin-starred chef/owner of Sushi Taro DC, demonstrates the flexibility of wagyu. You can also watch how Yuh Shimomura, chef/owner of Nasime in Alexandria VA, brings out wagyu's distinct flavor and tenderness in a variety of different dishes.
