Friends,Â
Get ready to transform your Zoom meeting experience! We're thrilled to announce that Zoom’s AI Companion for Meeting Summaries is now available to all students, faculty, and staff. Meeting hosts can now initiate an AI-generated summary through Zoom. When the meeting is over, receive an email with a link to meeting details such as key topics covered during the meeting, action items, highlights and more.
Why Zoom AI Meeting Summaries are a Game-Changer
- Boost productivity: Ditch the distraction of note-taking and fully engage in your meetings. Zoom AI captures all the important details for you!
- Reclaim your time: Quickly catch up on already-in-progress or missed meetings or review key decisions. No more sifting through lengthy recordings or notes.
- Collaborate like never before: Easily share summaries with colleagues to keep everyone informed and on the same page.
- Enhance meeting efficiency: Identify key takeaways and action items at a glance, propelling your team’s progress.
