Practice Management Updates
Patient Accounts
Improvements have been made to the 'Entered By' search field in Patient Accounts reports to allow for the selection of multiple clinicians/users. When clicking into the field, you will be prompted with a 'Select Clinician' popup where you can select one or more clinician names for your search. Each name selected will be highlighted in yellow, as noted in the screenshot below:
Managed Care Authorizations
In Group Level Settings & Directories, accessible to group administrators, the Managed Care Authorization export now includes a column displaying 'Services Authorized.'
Billing/Productivity Report
The Billing/Productivity Report export now includes an option for Current Diagnosis (Axis 1 Codes Only).
Calendar Office Export
The Calendar (Office) export file will now include columns for primary/secondary/tertiary copays as well as the Last Exam Date. Please note, these new items are present when choosing the 'office' option when exporting from the Calendar, not the 'reminders' option.
Integrated Eligibility
A new ANSI option for Integrated Eligibility, "Exclude Industry Code in Subscriber/Dependent Loops," has been added. When used, the Subscriber and Dependent Eligibility or Benefit Additional Inquiry Information loops will be excluded.
Group Rule
A new group rule called "Appt Times Do Not Transfer" has been added. Currently in ICANotes, when a new note is created from within the Event Details window of an appointment whose status is set to "A" for Attended, the Start and End times of the appointment as set in Event Details will transfer to the work areas of the note. With the new group rule enabled, Start and End times will no longer transfer from the calendar's Event Details to the work areas of the note when following the workflow. Security Administrators may request to have this group rule enabled for their account by contacting Support.

Clinical Updates
Primary Care Note
A brand new note type has been added for primary care providers: Primary Care Note. Security Administrators may request that the Primary Care Note be enabled on their account by contacting Support. When enabled, the Chart Face and New Note functionality in the Calendar will include a new button for the Primary Care Note.
Medications
New medication Rx timings have been added to standard medications to fit between "every other day" and "once weekly." These new options include Every 3 Days, Every 4 Days, Every 5 Days, and Every 6 Days. The MAR will reflect these new timings when the note with the initial Rx order is compiled, and the timings will be presented correctly when navigating to another day or month in the MAR.
Clinical Order Sheet
The Clinical Order Sheet, accessed from the Chart Face, will now only show clinical orders from notes that allow changes to the Clinical Order Sheet, including the Complete Evaluation, Prescriber Progress Note, Nursing Note, and the Primary Care Note.
