Good morning! Nineteen Clemson students are studying abroad this year through nationally competitive Gilman Scholarships. The School of Architecture and the Department of Art's student-led publication received national accolades; monthly webinars are available to help employees explore retirement options.

What to know today:

Nineteen Clemson students — including 16 from South Carolina — are studying abroad this year through nationally competitive Gilman Scholarships. The University, which leads the state in recipients, also has two recipients for the Gilman-McCain Scholarship, which honors the late Arizona Senator John S. McCain’s legacy of public service.

The School of Architecture and the Department of Art celebrated a major design accolade as the inaugural edition of the School’s student-led publication, "INTER–, Issue 1," was named one of “the 100 best examples of typographic excellence produced around the globe” by the Society of Typographic Arts.

Clemson Extension is offering a free virtual engagement series to help South Carolina forage and livestock producers learn how to enhance the resilience of their systems to extreme weather events. The first session takes place July 29. Each webinar runs from noon to 1 p.m., with registration required through Eventbrite.
