2025 W-2s Available Online

Your 2025 Form W-2 is now available for download! 

To access your W-2:

• Log in to Employee Self-Service. 
• Select the Payroll and Compensation Tile. 
• Select "View W-2/W-2c Forms" from the menu on the left. 
• Select the “View Form” button under “Year End Form.” Make sure you have selected the appropriate tax year above. 
• You may also select the link under “Filing Instructions” to view/print the IRS Notice to Employee and Instructions for Employee.

Please note:

• Selecting View Form (under Year-End Form) generates a secure PDF of your W-2. You may experience a slight delay while your W-2 loads. 
• If you have trouble accessing your W-2 online, make sure your browser allows pop-ups. For further assistance, contact the CCIT Support Center. 
• Only active employees may access their W-2s online. If you separate from Clemson University, you will no longer have access to the online system. W-2s will be mailed to employees who have separated from the University.
