Reminders from College Undergraduate Academic Services
|
-
College Undergraduate Academic Services Degree Analysts will be concluding degree certification for undergraduate students by Friday, June 12. Please be sure to submit any waiting grades or incompletes before this date to ensure that graduation is not delayed for students who have applied. If you have any questions regarding degree certification, you can contact collegeundergrad@ku.edu. You can also find the alphabetical split of degree analysts assigned to students by last name on our website here.”

For all course instructors, please keep in mind that if an incomplete grade is assigned for the current semester (May 22 submission deadline) that any incomplete grade assigned to a student graduating this semester will require coursework to be graded before June 12 for the student to use the course(s) toward graduation requirements in Spring 2026. If the student is unable to complete the work by that time, they will have to defer graduation to a future term.
