On Tuesday, April 1, 2025, film and music professionals will gather at the Oklahoma Capitol for Film and Music Day to highlight our industries for state legislature. This come-and-go event will include interactive booths and demonstrations taking place on the second-floor rotunda of the Oklahoma State Capitol Building. OF+MO Celebrates deadCenter with Panels, "Twisters" Preview & More! OF+MO is proud to sponsor deadCenter’s 24th annual Film Festival that will take place in Oklahoma City June 6-9. As part of their partnership, OF+MO will co-present both the deadCenter University’s Youth Camp and the invitational Filmmakers Distribution Brunch as well as present a first look at Universal Studio’s theatrical release “Twisters.” Additionally, OF+MO will host two FREE film-focused educational panels: "Beyond the Scenes: Crafting 'The Last Rodeo' - A Journey in Filmmaking" in partnership with Extreme Reach and "Beyond the Screen: Evolving Actors."

Mike Rowe’s “Something to Stand For” Celebrates Fathom Theatrical Release Trinity Broadcasting Network, Fathom Events, Impact Productions and mikeroweWORKS will release Mike Rowe’s “Something to Stand For" in theatres nationwide, including select Oklahoma cinemas, June 27 - July 4, 2024. Drawing from his blockbuster podcast “The Way I Heard It” and its companion series “The Story Behind The Story,” which was locally produced in Oklahoma by Tulsa's Impact Productions, this cinematic experience will showcase lesser known stories in American history from the leaders of World War II to the Civil Rights movement and beyond.

Norman Achieves Oklahoma Film Friendly Certification OF+MO is proud to announce the City of Norman has achieved film friendly certification after completing the requirements for OF+MO’s Oklahoma Film Friendly Community Program. Administered by OF+MO, the Oklahoma Film Friendly Community Program seeks to help communities develop the necessary protocol and permits to attract and support film and television productions in their areas.

Film Friendly: On the Road: OF+MO is seeking to engage on-location with leadership among statewide cities, towns, counties and tribal nations to promote the Oklahoma Film Friendly Community Program and learn more about each community’s structure and development plans.
This past season, OF+MO had the opportunity to liaison with leadership representing the City of Yukon, Cheyenne Arapaho Nation, Woods County, City of Clinton, Pushmataha County, Cleveland County, City of Norman and City of Grove. Many thanks to all of our participants and local hosts for welcoming us to their communities.

The Catapult Recordings Group is a collective of music fans who share a vision of “catapulting" artists and labels from their very first release. Originally started as a label in 2019, they expanded their reach to support independent/DIY labels and organizations.
