Tar Heel 10 Miler Training!
You asked, we listened! We now have THREE training plan options for the Tar Heel 10 Miler and DISCOUNTS for current clients and returning "BAMRs" (Bad A$$ Mother Runners)!
Starting Sunday 2/12/17, Run Club meets at Wilson Park in Carrboro every Sunday at 8:00am (long runs) and Thursday at 9:30am (speed work & hill work). A schedule of Sunday distances and Thursday speed work or hill work will be available online for your planning.
Race Day: Saturday, April 22nd
Extra Fun: Post-Race Family Party on Sunday 4/23
OPTIONS
1)  Run Club: Tar Heel 10 Miler Twice-A-Week
Lets you attend both group runs each week. 
$115 New Clients (Only $5.75/run; reduced from 2016's $130!)
$100 Current Fit4Mom Clients (Only $5/run)
$85 Returning BAMRs (Only $4.25/run)
2) Run Club: Tar Heel 10 Miler Once-A-Week
Gives you the flexibility of attending 1 group run each week on either day.

$65 Returning BAMRs ($6.5/run)
3) Run Club Drop-In: $10/run
Attend at least 4 drop-in runs so you can join us for our post-race family party!
