Are You Graduating in Spring 2025?

Residents who have applied for graduation for either Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 will be eligible to remain in the residence halls until after their degree celebration. Residents who have extended stay housing as part of their summer housing can anticipate moving to their summer spaces on May 18.
All other residents must complete the move out process by 5:00pm on May 14th, 2025.

If you are graduating, studying abroad, or moving off campus for the fall, please submit the mailbox closing request form. Upon approval, all mail to your existing mailbox will be forwarded to your alternate address for 90 days after the mailbox has been closed.

Be sure to use all your meal swipes and dining funds, as they do not roll over once the spring semester ends. The last day to access meal swipes and dining funds varies. Please check the access ending dates before making purchases.
