Alumni Awards Open for Nominations

Faculty and Staff,

Nominations are being accepted for three prestigious alumni awards. Please consider submitting a nomination for one or more by Monday, October 5, 2026. Winners will be recognized at this year's holiday luncheon in December.

This award recognizes a living graduate of the School of Health Professions for individual contributions to the following:

Note: special consideration will be given to those having a national or global impact.

This award recognizes an early-career graduate of the School of Health Professions for individual contributions to the following:

Note: the individual must have received the first degree in their field within the last 20 years.

This award recognizes an individual who has not graduated from a program in our school but has made a significant impact through their contributions to the following:

Note: special consideration will be given to those having a national or global impact. 

Your nomination should include two letters: one from you as the nominator and the second a letter of support from another individual. Please submit these together as a single PDF file. In your letter, please describe specific events or observations related to the award criteria. Deadline: Monday, October 5, 2026.
