team and Finance Strategy & Operations team are excited to announce improvements
to our approval workflows designed to streamline processes and support faster turnaround times.
Effective Monday, March 30th, the following streamlined approval workflows are in place in Oracle Cloud:
Reduction of required approvals for Faculty job requisitions:

- Approvals reduced from 4 levels to 2 levels (IRC Department and IRC Operations remain)
- All other approvals will now only be FYI notifications (VPFA, EVPAA & Provost, Budget office).

Reduction of required approvals for Faculty job offers:

These enhancements aim to minimize the time Faculty & Adjunct job requisitions and job offers spend waiting for approval. We are confident that you will find the new

Travel Reminder: Foreign Adversary Nations (Executive Order GA-48) |
If you are planning personal international travel, please ensure you are aware of compliance requirements under Texas Executive Order GA-48.
Before you travel:

- Check if your destination is on the foreign adversary list (Includes China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela).

If traveling to these countries, submit the Foreign Adversary Nations Travel Form Foreign Adversary Nations Travel Form to your supervisor at least 30 days before departure.

Grace Bouchard is joining the team as a Payroll Specialist and is excited to support accurate and efficient payroll operations. She previously worked as an Application Processor at Texas Woman’s University (TWU), where she gained experience processing detailed records and supporting administrative processes with accuracy and organization. Grace brings strong attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and an analytical approach to her work, and looks forward to contributing to a smooth and reliable payroll process.
