Classroom & Parent Resources |

|
Streamline your classroom management strategy by implementing CATCH My Breath video lessons. Tailored for students in 6th to 8th grade, these lessons are led by our expert staff and include on-screen slides, activity prompts, and companion worksheets making it ideal for synchronous and asynchronous learning environments.
|
Encouraging parents to understand the importance of reinforcing healthy choices with their children helps strengthen our collective effort to foster community wellness. Our parent materials, available in English and Spanish, promote meaningful conversations among families and can serve as a great tool to start the school year on a positive, empowering note.

Did you know that vaping nicotine is a strong predictor for vaping cannabis? We are launching a study in partnership with the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health to enhance our cannabis prevention lesson, a part of our CATCH My Breath curriculum.
In support of this study, we are inviting high school teachers and students to contribute feedback. To learn more and participate, please contact CATCH’s Director of Government Partnerships, Marcella Bianco, at marcella@catch.org.

Vaping Prevention Trainings |
"I presented the 6th grade lessons last year and found it to be engaging and easy to follow for me and the students. Since presenting to our 1,600 6th graders, we found that our vaping policy violations have decreased dramatically over the previous year!"

With North Carolina's youth vaping rate at 21.4% — much higher than the national average of 10% — these efforts are crucial in empowering North Carolina students to live vape-free!
