| Court Watch Language Access — DEADLINE EXTENDED to Feb. 28th |
YOU can help identify language barriers to access in our courts! Take advantage of this chance to go to court and have a positive impact with MA Appleseed Center for Law & Justice!
Volunteer for as many hours as you want. Visit real courtrooms that are in session & fill out a survey to report any language barriers to access.
Reach out to miriam@massappleseed.org with questions. All observations & surveys must be completed by 2/28.

Career Center Summer Internship Grant Program — Applications open until March 16th |
Each summer the Career Center funds 45-50 undergraduate students doing unpaid internships for a minimum of 300 hours. These funds offer students the opportunity to explore career fields and gain experience. Selected students will receive $4,500 and must secure an internship prior to the deadline. Attend an info session THIS FRIDAY, Feb 21st.

| Anderson & Kreiger LLP Legal Diversity Fund — Applications open until March 14th |
Apply for a generous stipend [$5,000 for undergrads and $50,000 for law students] if you identify as part of a racial or ethnic group that is underrepresented in the legal profession and meet additional requirements. There are fantastic benefits to recipients beyond the stipend amount.
The goal of the stipend or stipends is to remove financial barriers to the successful completion of law school and to the successful start of the recipient’s career.

Exploring Legal Career Paths through the Lens of Healthcare Law and Policy
The Tufts Lawyers Association and Tufts Career Center invite alumni and students who work in or are interested in the legal field to the annual Law Day on the Hill event. You'll have the opportunity to listen to experienced panelists talk about various careers in the legal field and their intersection with health and wellness. The panelists in private practice, government and non-profits will speak about their legal journey, how they navigate various health and policy issues, including regulatory compliance, medical malpractice issues, preventing healthcare fraud and insights into how the future landscape may shift. Panel, Networking and Reception included.
