October 2019

It has been an incredibly productive field season, and we are looking forward to having the time to process the data and gear up for 2020. Thank you to our volunteers, partners, and sponsors who made the 20th annual Markleeville Creek Day a resounding success. Click here to see our accomplishments and the supporters who enabled this good work.

Thanks to the foundation built by the eight AmeriCorps members who served with AWG over the last five terms, we are excited to make the transition from the AmeriCorps program to hiring a third full-time staff member. Please share our Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator job announcement. We know that our community will make our new hire feel welcome! We also appreciate your donations that are integral to AWG growing our staff.
