Fall and Winter Greetings!

Hello to the NESA Community! While it is still technically the Fall season most days it is giving off a very Winter-like vibe! Despite Mother Nature's unpredictable ways, we hope you have been enjoying the month of November. Time continues to pass by and before you know it we will be starting a brand new year. We couldn't be more excited to celebrate the end of this year and prepare to welcome the next.

Lots is happening over the next few weeks and months so we wanted to keep you in the know. Please take a moment to read up on what is happening at NESA!

Important Dates to Remember

Winter Program Guide Available - Monday, November 28, 2022

Winter 2023 Registration Begins - Monday, December 12, 2022 at 8:30am

NESA Closure - December 26, 2022 to January 2, 2023

Reopening Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 8:30am

Please bring your indoor shoes to NESA!

Please help NESA and Northgate staff keep the facility clean! We would like to remind all members that a pair of indoor shoes is needed for all activities in the auditorium, studio, fitness centre and during all exercise classes.

Need to get that pesky dirt or salt off of your shoes? Please use the boot cleaner found at the front entranceway. Have a walker? Please use the provided broom to help you clean off your wheels.

Need help getting to NESA?

With the support from a New Horizons Federal Grant and in collaboration with Drive Happiness, NESA members in need of assistance with getting to their programs are encouraged to call Outreach Services at 780-496-3171 or 780-414-8790 to determine if they may be eligible for our new transportation subsidy program.
