Carrin is here to help you understand the body-mind connection, decrease your chronic pain, and build stress resilience. She is a EFT practitioner, BodyMind coach and massage therapist.

New Video Production Business Joins Chamber

Ambassadors visit with Media Core; 2660 Superior Dr, in Rochester, to welcome them as a new member. Jimmy Warren is the area Account Manager and Kaleb Hamlin is the area Sales Account Specialist. Media Core is a full-service video production company that helps businesses create captivating content, engage the right people, and drive sales. They specialize in brand story, testimonial and recruitment video along with tv commercials.
Construction activitiy is winding down and no more major work is planned.  Watch for additional updates prior to working taking place in the spring 2022.

As pandemic restrictions lift and people return to the office, which new habits are they bringing with them? While trends like working in your pajamas are probably not making the journey from the home office to the "real office," other strategies make many workers much more productive.

2021 Holiday Float Award Goes to Frozen


The 2021 Lighted Holiday Parade last week was a hit!  An estimation of 4,000 attendees lined the new Cedar Street and enjoyed 65 amazing floats and topped the event off with hot apple cider and cookies sponsored by RE/MAX Venture and finally a ensamble of Christmas songs by the OHS Carolers.

New Certificate Program Offered

Riverland Community College will be offering a new Construction Management certificate program in Owatonna starting January 10! Course topics include management, plan reading and creation, methods and materials, estimating, contracts, scheduling, and more. Classwork is online with a few evening meetings per month.
