Friends,
We hope this finds you well and most importantly SAFE after a very stressful couple of weeks. Whether you evacuated the city, stayed in place, are still stuck out of town or have come home to badly damaged or destroyed home, we've all experienced our own levels of stress thanks to Florence. Returning to "normal" will take time but we want you to know we're all in this together and are here to support you in any way we can. We are putting together a loose schedule of workouts to resume next week. Many of our usual parks are still closed and some of the instructor team is still out of town so the plan will remain fluid so just stay tuned to our Facebook and Instagram pages for when/where details. All workouts will likely be family friendly since school is still out next week. The classes will mainly just be an opportunity to reconnect with our village and relieve some stress by moving our bodies. Our goal is to resume normal schedule and programming Monday, October 1. However, more important than returning to our workout schedule, we want to know how you, your loved ones and your homes fared. Our FIT4MOM sisters all over the state and country are rooting for us and offering "Sweat for NC" fundraiser classes. If you could use financial assitance and/or donations of any sort - clothing, cleaning supplies, food, extra hands on deck to help clear yards or clean homes or just keep your kiddos occupied while you tend to business - please, please, PLEASE let me know. We do not want you to go this alone.
We are stronger together. I cannot wait to hug each and every one of you the next time I see you...
