Wednesdays beginning February 11, from 3:00 - 4:00 PM - This Counseling Center group is designed specifically for graduate students navigating the complex terrain of academic demands and personal life. Through open dialogue and interpersonal exploration, members process the unique challenges of graduate school—from isolation and stress to relationship dynamics and emotional wellness. Whether you're seeking balance, navigating stress, or simply looking for community, GradRoots is here to support your journey—helping you stay grounded while you grow. Baylor Telehealth by Academic Live Care – Students can access virtual counseling and health support at no cost.
