Q: What is a Fixed Enrollment Date?
A: After the add/drop period in each semester, your enrollment is fixed at the number of credits in which you are enrolled. Any financial aid based on enrollment is adjusted, and then financial aid is disbursed. If classes are added AFTER the fixed enrollment date, financial aid cannot be adjusted. The spring fixed enrollment date is January 24th. The last day for you to add or drop a class in your MyStetson portal is January 23rd.
Q: I am an undergraduate senior in my last semester and I am enrolled in less than 12 credits. Can I still receive all of my financial aid?
A: If you are in your final semester and enrolled in remaining credits to complete your program of study and are less than full-time (12 credits), some of your aid may be prorated. Submit the request form for review and proration of your aid.
