As of Friday, December 1, our "Flag Room" has moved to the first floor of the Jefferson School. The conversation classroom is now located across from the inner courtyard.
LVCA acquired three new rooms on the first floor that were previously occupied by JABA. The largest of the rooms will soon be a designated space for workshops and small training sessions. Once the room is furnished it can also be used as overflow tutoring space for our students and tutors.
We are very excited about the opportunity to expand our footprint within the Jefferson School and hope that the additional space will help us continue to grow and serve more students.
The additional square footage does come with a price tag. The $18,500 we are hoping to raise by year-end will cover the rent for the new space in 2018. We hope that you'll support our expansion by making a year-end gift.
