Guide for Patient Navigators: A Supplement to the Oncology Patient Navigator Training: The Fundamentals
Updated Patient Navigation Guide
In case you missed it, the Guide for Patient Navigators (PDF) was updated earlier this year! The guide, a supplement to the widely used Oncology Patient Navigator Training: The Fundamentals, now includes related patient navigation tools to promote the training within your communities and visually summarize the comprehensive, evidence-based information. Access the Guide (PDF), enroll in the free, self-paced training, and check out the related patient navigation tools on the Cancer Control TAP website.
