Dear Faculty and Staff:
I want to remind you about the town hall meeting I am hosting this afternoon at 4 p.m. to talk about the Huron Consulting Group efficiency report. We will meet in the Reng Student Union Auditorium on the third floor. I'm pleased that our ASU System President, Dr. Chuck Welch, is joining us to discuss the summary that was presented to the Board of Trustees last Friday.
Dr. Welch and I will spend a few minutes giving an overview of the report, but this is your opportunity as an A-State employee -- faculty or staff – to ask the questions that may be on your mind. I want us to have a discussion.

One point I’d like to emphasize: the Huron report provides us with a starting point for our own campus-wide strategic planning process. The data in the report will help inform us as we move forward together to create a blueprint for our future.
