This is the fourth in a series of features highlighting the managing directors of the University’s strategic initiatives. The United Way campaign is underway and there’s no better way to kick it off than with community service. Forty Notre Dame staff members took part in the Day of Caring at Cultivate Food Rescue.

Inauguration Build 2024 Team receives Presidential Team Irish Award

In partnership with Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County, more than 750 faculty, staff, students, and community members built five affordable homes in the city’s Near Northwest Neighborhood.

Flour Power: A baker's celebration of Hispanic heritage

Marisa Ruvalcaba-Hernandez, baker at the North Dining Hall bakeshop, is no stranger to the sweet aromas of freshly baked goods and bringing smiles to the faces of students, staff, faculty, and guests of the Notre Dame community. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, she gave insight into her role on campus, what inspires her dessert recipes, and what she is most proud of about her Hispanic culture.

University demonstrates power of partnership at Global Partners Conference

The inaugural Global Partners Conference brought together University partners from around the world to network and share ideas. The relationship between South Bend and the University was also highlighted at the four-day conference.
