Join Student Wellness for an accessible and approachable Restorative Yoga class that will ease tension and melt your worries away. Classes are free and open to all levels of experience and props and mats are provided. Please come in comfortable clothes and dress in layers.

students who are not sure about therapy and wonder what it’s like to talk with a therapist.
Winter Quarter Let's Talk will be held from January 6 until March 7 with NO session on January 17 and 20 due to MLK Day.
