New Requisition Workflow Step -
Budget Review $50k and Over |
|
|
A new internal control has been implemented in buyW&M within the requisition workflow requiring Budget Office review and approval for all requisitions totaling $50,000 or more.
This step strengthens fiscal oversight by ensuring sufficient budget availability prior to Procurement and helps mitigate the risk of commitments being made without approved funding.
Budget Office approval will occur during the Procurement Review step, following all Worktag Manager approvals and preceding final Procurement approval.

1) Employee Retirement/Appreciation Events are only allowable using Local funds and may take place only once per semester. State funds cannot be used, so please ensure a Local fund is entered in ATG when ordering.
2) As we begin a new year, take a moment to re-familiarize yourself with the ATG and Business Meal Policy. Full Policy details can be found here at this link. An ATG training PowerPoint can also be found in Cornerstone by searching on ATG in the search bar.

Workday Credit Card Notifications |

Small Purchase Charge Card holders will now receive a notification in Workday when a new credit card transaction has posted to their profile. Please see example on the left.
If you are not receiving these notifications, please reach out to Brandon La Dieu and John Dixon for assistance.

Please do not report emails being sent from support@sciquest.com or DATA@jaggaer.com to IT for potential phishing or cyberattacks. These emails are legitimate and are associated with various system generated email notifications sent from buyW&M.
