We’ve been working behind the scenes to create a more streamlined, user-friendly experience on CHKD.org for patients, families, and providers. The redesign is based on extensive feedback from internal and external stakeholders, usage trends, and best industry practices. Specific enhancements include:
|
- Better user experience on mobile, which is now the most common way of viewing and interacting with the site.
- New search functionality to make finding doctors and programs easier.
- A simplified process for paying bills.
|
-
A centralized hub for referral information.
- Easy access to CME opportunities.
- The latest CHKD Health System News.
|
We hope these updates will provide a smoother, more intuitive experience for all. Take a look around and let us know what you think! And please stay tuned for additional upgrades, including digital forms for pre-appointment paperwork.
