The film follows Owen as he graduates to adulthood and takes his first steps toward independence. Life, Animated was a 2017 Academy Award Nominee for Best Documentary.

Following the film, there will be a short discussion with a question and answer session, moderated by Tracy Panzarella, director of Clinical Services for Autism Services, Inc. There will also be artwork by artists of Autism Services displayed in the North Park Theatre lobby.
