Final Reminder: Counsel of UC Staff Assemblies Engagement SurveySurvey closes June 4.
The survey was developed by the Council of University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) in collaboration with Systemwide Human Resources’ Employee Relations department and Willis Towers Watson, a firm conducting the survey on UC’s behalf. It is designed to help assess the level of involvement, commitment, and satisfaction staff feel toward their work.
About 20,000 of UC's non-represented (policy covered) staff were selected to participate in the UC Staff Engagement Survey. During the week of May 10, non-represented staff should have received an email invitation from Willis Towers Watson. This is not spam so please do not delete the email invitation. We encourage staff who received invitations to participate as the UC San Diego Staff Association uses the results to identify initiatives that will help make positive changes on our campus. The survey is entirely confidential, individual responses to the survey and personally identifying information will not be shared with UC.
The survey closes on Friday, June 4. For more information related to the Systemwide Engagement Survey, download the Frequently Asked Questions.
