First C/I Exchange Meeting of 2026 Scheduled for January 9th Featuring Guest Speaker - Terri Johnson of Capstan
The Commercial Chapter is kicking off 2026 with the next Commercial/Industrial Marketing Exchange - a hybrid opportunity for all members, held in-person at the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® office in Malvern, PA – and via Zoom on January 9th at 8:00 am.
The Chapter is pleased to welcome featured speaker Terri Johnson, Co-Founder & Managing Parner of Capstan. During her 24 years in commercial real estate, Terri has become a subject matter expert on cost segregation, authoring multiple articles, guesting on podcasts, and speaking on the national level. She speaks extensively to the public about tax incentives for real-estate owners and provides client-specific sessions and training as well.
Following a complimentary breakfast and networking beginning at 8:00 am, at 9:00 am, attendees will participate in the Exchange where ‘haves’ and ‘wants’ will be presented to other Commercial Real Estate professionals.
