MAKE UP & 30-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Your student is guaranteed make-up lessons provided that you give us 24-hour notice only. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but last minute cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) or no-shows cannot be made up even in the event of illness or emergencies. We will always make up a lesson if the building is closed due to weather, etc. FYI, make up lessons expire after 30 days.
Since we do not charge a registration fee or mandate long-term contracts, we do require a 30-day written notice if you decide to cancel your student’s enrollment or make any changes to their membership (add a lesson, remove a lesson, add an extra band, etc.).
All make-ups & instructors are based on availability.

CLOSED WEEK & HOLIDAYS
At the end of every season, SOR closes for 1 week to give your hard working rock stars a break. We don’t pro-rate for this, but we don’t charge extra for 5-week months. There are also a few holidays that we are closed for, and for which we do not offer make-ups. These holidays are: New Years Eve & Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday & Friday, and Christmas Eve & Day.
