Sign up for a CSA!
CSAs bring the farm harvest to your kitchen each week
Community-supported agriculture (CSA) harvest subscription programs have long been active in this region, matching farmers from the Roaring Fork Valley, Paonia and Palisade, with customers in the Aspen area. The CSA model is a grassroots network that connects farms in need of operating capital at the onset of a growing season with consumers who invest up front for a share of the harvest. Typically, CSA boxes filled with seasonal produce and, in some cases, artisanal food items, are delivered right to your door each week throughout the growing season.
