Pony Rides, Petting Zoo, Face Painting and More at Equestrian Center Open House on Saturday

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Equestrian Center is hosting an Open House on Saturday, July 25 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Enjoy free pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, a bake sale, KC Nature environmental education displays, and other fun activities. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. On-site parking will be limited, so please consider carpooling or walking. Come see what the Equestrian Center is all about!

Updated Bond Project Plans Online

Revised bond project plans for the Community Center, Dakota Lodge and Ranch House are now on the Bond & Improvement Projects page. The construction for the Ranch House, Community Center and Dakota Lodge is targeted to begin in the fall. All three facilities will be under construction at the same time. If you have any questions or comments, please email bondprojects@kcranch.org.

Email Addresses Needed for Master Association Notifications

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association is now able to send neighborhood specific communications, trash delays and dues late notices via email to homeowners. If you would like to provide your email address for use in our accounting software, please email your name, property address and email address to Annette Chavez at annettec@kcranch.org. Your email address will not be distributed or sold and will be for Master Association use only.

Tree Climbing Class

Come climb a tree and experience the view from on high! Tree Climbing Colorado offers introductory recreational tree climbing experiences using fun, easy-to-learn rope techniques, stressing both safety for climbers and protection of trees. Experienced facilitators provide all instruction and equipment. Climbers should be in good health and physical condition. Please wear long pants, sturdy shoes and bring gloves if you've got 'em! (We'll have extra).

Upper Cougar Trail Design Presentation

On July 21 at their regular monthly business meeting, the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board will consider a recommendation from the Ken-Caryl Ranch Open Space Committee to approve the final design for Upper Cougar Trail. The meeting will be Tuesday, July 21 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ranch House and is open to the public. The proposed trail is located in the southwest corner of Ken-Caryl Ranch Private Open Space. Open House for Saddlewood and Territory Park Improvements

Join us Wednesday, July 29 for an open house to review plans for park improvements, playground replacement, landscape modifications and irrigation replacement for the Saddlewood and Territory neighborhoods. This come-and-go style open house is from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Ranch House. Plans will be posted online after the meeting.

Kanga & Roo Playgroup

The Ken-Caryl Community Network and Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District are teaming up to bring you an exciting NEW playgroup for the 2015-2016 school year. Come join parents and children from your community in a fun and engaging FREE playgroup setting. Kanga & Roo playgroup is designed to bring families of young children together to enjoy and create a positive, strong community. Join us every Thursday through the fall semester for two hours of fun. Every 2nd Thursday of the month, Recreation Coordinator Kailey Bucher will be present to provide demonstrations of activities from other KCRMD Early Childhood Enrichment Programs.
