The Student Financial Services team is continually working to keep you updated regarding your student's account to ensure you have the information you need ahead of the semester. Our records indicate that your student added you as an Invited Viewer. We wanted to remind you that you missed your payment due date. Your current past-due balance is $due. Your student has been notified, too.
Our intention with this notification is to help you avoid any negative consequences of past-due balances. A hold will soon be placed on your student's account if your balance is not paid in full. This hold will limit registration. We advise you to settle your balance or ensure proper financing is in place as soon as possible.
If you need assistance financing your charges, you can read more about undergraduate loans. If your student was awarded student loans as part of their financial aid package, they will have to accept them on SIS before pending credit is applied to their balance (click Financial Aid tab, Award and Documents, then click Accept or Decline loans page from menu).
Information regarding our payment options, including the payment plan, is available on our website. You may view, access, and pay your eBill through your SIS portal.
If your student is not attending Tufts this semester, please have your student contact us so we may correct their enrollment status and bill. Please review our tuition refund policy if your student is considering a leave of absence or withdrawing from Tufts.
