Congrats, William and Michelle!
Michelle Stiner is the new Executive Director at Central Pennsylvania Community Action, Inc. (CPCA), who succeeds William "Zip" Zupich. Zip retired last month after 44 years with CPCA. We wish him all the best in his retirement and thank him for his years of dedication to Community Action and Pennsylvania residents. As far as our wishes for Michelle's success, we cannot say it any better than Zip.
"Michelle will be an inspiration to our Board, staff and the communities that we serve as she provides energy, an upbeat personality, and a vision to help impoverished people become self-sufficient," shares Zip.

American Rescue Plan And The Emergency Broadband Benefit
Promote the EBB and ARP At The Agency Level
NCAP has created two documents to help Community Action Agencies promote the FCC's Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) and benefits included in the American Rescue Plan (ARP). The Emergency Broadband Benefit helps defray the household's costs of internet, while the American Rescue Plan includes an assortment of benefits for eligible families. We encourage Community Action Agencies to use these documents to spread the word with customers about these important programs.
