New Cancellation Policy!

Event Cancellation Policy Begins July 1st!

EO Nashville has been experiencing serious issues with no shows and late cancellations for events.

The budget has been greatly impacted by these no shows (Fiscal YTD- a conservative estimate of over $33,000 of excess spending, 335 no shows and 95 cancellations within 24 hours)….so the Board has been thoughtfully discussing the best way to deal with this issue going forward.

Beginning July 1st, 2024, this will be the new policy regarding no shows and cancellations:

*Members will be charged $100 per event if they no-show or cancel within 72 hours (this fee also applies to any registered guests/spouses).
*The fee for Moveable Feast and the Holiday Party will be $200 per person, due to higher event costs.
*We will honor exceptions for true emergencies. Approval may be required from the Finance Committee for other special situations.
