Geranium, Begonia, Marigold, oh my! The annual plant and flower sale organized by Faith United Methodist Church (St. Anthony) is back. Proceeds will benefit RECLAIM. Orders and payments are due by Sunday, April 14 with pick-up on Saturday, May 18 at Faith UMC.

We are seeking to contract with therapists in rural communities throughout Greater Minnesota to provide therapy to queer and trans youth on RECLAIM's behalf. We are building a community of emerging and experienced practitioners who apply 3rd Wave CBT principles to their practice. RECLAIM strives to recruit candidates who share the identities of the clients we serve, including individuals from LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC communities.

Contracted therapists will provide therapy to queer and trans youth who live in or around their local community. Therapists will be paid a rate of $55-$75 per completed session depending on their licensure status and experience. Supervision and access to specialized case consultation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Join the RECLAIM team as we visit Prides and other community events all around the state! We are recruiting volunteers to help set up our booth, run activities, and share information about RECLAIM's services with visitors. It's a bit of work and a lot of fun!

We are holding two kickoff meetings next month to introduce attendees to the various ways volunteers can be involved with RECLAIM's presence at Pride and other outreach events this season. We'll spend a bit of time getting to know each other, learn about RECLAIM, discuss volunteer roles, review the Pride/outreach schedule, and start signing up based on interest and availability. This is also serves as a general orientation for other volunteer opportunities with RECLAIM.

From QUEERSPACE collective:

Queer Art, Activism, and Protest are three things that go hand in hand in approaching 2SLGBTQ+ Pride Season. Join QUEERSPACE collective and artist Harper Steinbach (they/them) for six weeks of exploring protest art. We will be making personal money stamps, zines, large murals, and protest flags and getting to know new activists every week. This class is perfect for getting to know your community and getting to know others in your community!

Wednesdays between April 24th and May 29th from 6-8pm at Saint Paul Neighborhood Network (550 Vandalia St #170, St Paul MN). For LGBTQ+ youth ages 12-17.
