Healthy You for Life accepts patients age 3 through 18 with weight-related health issues and a BMI greater than the 85th percentile. A physician referral is required.
Once enrolled, patients and their families gain access to a comprehensive program led by Dr. Henning and supported by a multidisciplinary team of registered dieticians, an exercise specialist, and mental health specialists. Communication is maintained with referring providers who will receive each patient’s personalized recommendations and goals from our team.
