Running Club- 5K Training Includes:
- 7 weeks of bi-weekly coached training runs (attend 1 or both)
- Weekly training plan & guidance tailored for your ability level (1-3 additional runs/week completed on your own)
- Weekly educational "clinics" on topics like: running form, nutrition, core workouts, strength training, injury prevention, increasing speed & distance, and choosing the right shoes
- Private online Facebook group for motivation and discussion with your fellow Running Club runners
- Supportive atmosphere with other moms (& dads) working towards a shared goal!
Strollers are welcome (but optional) during our training runs and the race. Dads are welcome too (please contact us about a discounted couples rate if Dad would like to participate in the program).
