Renovation work is moving along, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as improvements continue!

Please continue to enter through the Mail Room, with the temporary Front Desk located just inside to the left. Coffee and tea remain available in the Great Room.

The main locker rooms and restrooms are closed; please use the East Wing family changing rooms and restrooms, where towels are available. All pools remain open, with the Rec Pool staying open as weather permits.

As a kind reminder, the construction dumpster is for construction use only. Please no food or personal trash.

We continue to receive reports of bear activity throughout the neighborhood, including during daylight hours. Please be vigilant about removing attractants such as trash, bird feeders, pet food, barbeque grills, fruit, and compost around your home, day and night.

There was a bear sighting at the Ranch House recently—a good reminder to stay bear-aware!

Trash Reminder: Trash pickup is Tuesday except on holidays. Cans must remain inside until 6 a.m. on trash day and be brought back in by 8 p.m.

Returning early October

It’s that time of year again! The Ranch House fall leaf dumpster is expected to arrive in early October for community use. We’re coordinating the timing with the Ranch House renovation project to help keep parking and construction logistics running smoothly. Stay tuned for the exact dates as we get a little closer!

Irrigation blowouts will begin the first week of October for common areas and the second week of October for private residences. Residential work will continue through the end of October.

Once your system has been winterized, look for a 2026 sticker on your irrigation controller confirming that the work has been completed. The stickers will look similar to the ones pictured.

Homeowners may install deer fencing starting October 1 

Deer season is upon us! To help protect your landscaping, homeowners may begin installing deer fencing starting Thursday, Oct. 1. This is a two-week head start from the typical October 15 date outlined in the Fourth Amendment.

We’ve noticed that some towels are leaving the Ranch House with members and guests. To help us keep the Ranch House tidy and well-stocked, please place used towels in one of the hampers located throughout the Ranch House. There is also a hamper conveniently located by the front door as you exit.

If you’ve accidentally taken any towels home with you, we kindly ask that you return them to the Front Desk at your earliest convenience.

The Rec Pool will remain open as weather permits. We’ll continue to share updates throughout September as temperatures cool and the leaves begin to fall. With our summer staff now gone, please help us keep the pool area tidy by using only the towels you need, placing used towels in the hampers as you leave, and cleaning up after yourselves.
