Join other business leaders for the Chamber's first growth breakfast to discuss the upcoming legislative session and the $7B budget surplus. 
Jaskinski and Petersburg will also be joined on the panel by Beth Kadoun, Vice President of Tax and Fiscal Policy for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce.  
Owatonna Chamber Public Policy Committee member John Havelka, Edward Jones will moderate the discussion.

New Land Annexation & Downtown Building Agreement at Council 

At tonight's city council meeting, the council will look to approve an 18.43 acre annexation of land west of Lowe's and Kohls and east of 24th avenue.  The land is being annexed to develop.  
Additionally, the City will enter into a development agreement on the former Bubba's building (224 N. Cedar) in downtown.  Oscar and Tammy Mazariego are proposing to renovate the building into a wine lounge.  The three phase renovation will include Tax Increment Financing (TIF) from the city.  View Full Council Packet.
