Baylor Law School Recently Hosted the Leading Transactional Law and Legal Writing Competitions |
Baylor Law School proudly announces the winners of two of the nation’s most competitive law school matchups. The Closer Transactional Law Competition, underwritten by the Kim and Bill Shaddock Fund for Business and Entrepreneurial Initiatives, is recognized as the country’s most challenging, invitation-only contest for aspiring dealmakers. The Paper Chase Legal Writing Competition, sponsored by FVF Law, showcases the top legal writers from law schools across Texas. While Baylor Law students do not compete, these events provide a platform for the Law School to demonstrate its commitment to training practice-ready lawyers.

Baylor Law School Student Anderson Tittle Named to ABA Law Student Division Editorial Board |
Anderson Tittle, a third-year JD/MBA student at Baylor Law School, has been appointed to the 2024-2025 Editorial Board of the American Bar Association (ABA) Law Student Division. This notable selection places her among a distinguished group of only nine law students from across the country who will oversee and develop content for Student Lawyer, one of the nation’s most influential publications for law students.
