Loves About Brebeuf
People who go to Brebeuf are generally more excited to be here than at other schools, and I can walk down the hall everyday and see plenty of people in a great mood.
Future Plans
I do not know where I want to go for sure, but my top choices are Notre Dame, Wake Forest, and Boston College. I also would like to travel to see a great white shark in real life.

I built a boat with my friends.
Where would you travel if time and money weren’t an issue?
Scranton, Pennsylvania
What are some small things that make your day better?
When people tell me a good joke or story, Rice Krispy Treats, and Leo Magid
So far, the best part of being a senior is...
Like most seniors, I really enjoy being able to go get food during my break with my friends. I like to get out of my usually loop during school and relax for an hour with my friends at lunch.
What is your current favorite show or series on tv, Netflix, etc?
Spongebob Squarepants
As many know, Brebeuf Man was recently brought out of retirement, and you were selected to be one of the four Brebeuf Men. Can you tell us a bit about that process and what you’re most excited for being a Brebeuf Man?
I am most excited for having the opportunity to lead the student section during basketball season. Being able to unite the student section to help give our teams momentum is a lot of fun.
What impact do you think Brebeuf Man will have on the school year for you and the entire student body?
I think that Brebeuf Man can finally bring the school spirit that has been missing back to Brebeuf. I think that school spirit is something that can really bring a school together and unify our student body.

#BrebeufDrives

#BrebeufDrives will return next week with our first collection! For our fall drive, Brebeuf is partnering with the Newcomer Program.
The Newcomer Program is an IPS school serving students that are recent immigrants to the United States. This includes refugees and unaccompanied minors.  A focus of the program involves teaching academic English, as well as supporting the students' personal and emotional development.  Because so many of the students in the school lack basic necessities, the Newcomer Program relies on community partners to provide families with basic needs such as food and hygiene items.
This fall, we will be collecting toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and soap to donate to the students at Newcomer.
Donations can be left in Main Lobby in the collection box starting Tuesday, September 4 through Friday, September 21.
Bring 5+ items to Karla Ralls in the Spirit Store, and receive 20% off your next Spirit Store purchase! Exclusions apply.

St. Luke Catholic Church Fall Fest

Brebeuf Jesuit is again sponsoring St. Luke’s Fall Fest!  This year's event takes place on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 3:00-10:00 p.m.
St. Luke's Fall Fest will include kids activities, an Adventure Zone, food, live music, bingo and a beer and wine tent.

Brebeuf Jesuit Mentorship Project

This fall, Brebeuf Jesuit will be renewing our partnership with Nora Elementary School for our Mentors Program. The program will pair high school students with students in third through fifth grade in need of a relationship with a mentor. Throughout the year, Brebeuf Jesuit students will take their mentees on both fun and educational trips around the city. We have found this service initiative to be an opportunity that tremendously benefits both the students from Nora Elementary and Brebeuf Jesuit.
Applications are available in the Community Service Office and should be returned to Mr. Klingler by Friday, September 14.
Please contact Nick Klingler with any questions about the program.
