Thank you to all who participated in the development of new branding. The final assets and style guide are complete, and the university will reveal the new brand elements at Homecoming on Friday, Oct. 20, during the 10 a.m. presidential address. Here are the guidelines for new brand adoption:
|
|
|
- Units should use all existing materials with the current brand/logo until
supplies run out. - When supplies are out, and reordering is needed, please work with your department
or area’s Marketing and Communication liaison to enter a request for the new brand
logo/lockups. -
We cannot reveal the new brand before Oct. 20, so please note the timing so that
your items are not released before that date.

Congos converting to the cloud |
As of Oct. 1, Congos Reporting will be converting to cloud-based software. You can access Congos after this transition via the link below.
|
For those unfamiliar with Cognos Reporting, it allows administrators to access detailed information about budget expenditures. While Cognos displays all purchase transactions, it’s important to note that it operates on a 24-hour delay. To obtain an overview of their open encumbrances, many administrators rely on Banner Admin Pages (FGIOENC). These pages aggregate all open encumbrances within each designated pool area. To delve into the specifics of these transactions, administrators will subsequently log into Cognos.
