We love this pretty fall picture submitted by Boundary Resident Nancy McAtavey. Nancy writes, "When I moved to Colorado and River Valley Ranch last fall, I thought I would miss the spectacular foliage of the east. Well, it didn’t take me long to fall in love with the yellows and golds and greens beneath that blue sky."
We'd like to feature your picture in an upcoming newsletter. If you're interested in having your photo highlighted in the weekly news, please submit images to: jessica.hennessy@rvrma.org.

Homeowner Questionnaire
RVRMA is updating our homeowner database to ensure that we can communicate important information. We will use this data to cross reference our records, verifying accuracy.
We are also sending this so that that we understand any additional needs homeowners might have concerning language preferences and/or designated contacts that might be authorized to communicate on an owner's behalf.
Please feel free to contact our offices with any questions. We thank you in advance for taking the time to answer a few important questions.

Trespassing on Construction Sites
With all of the building happening in RVR, we know many of you are curious about what is going on behind the construction fence. As a kind reminder, these sites are private property and entering without permission is considered trespassing. These construction zones can also be a high risk setting to explore. Please be courteous of your neighbors, respect their property, and do not trespass.

Green Tip
Please enjoy the following eco-friendly tidbit brought to you by Friends of the Environment:
To rake or not to rake leaves? Soil scientists and gardening experts can't agree. Motives not to rake include preserving wildlife habitat, increasing beneficial insects, maintaining soil health, and using the leaves as mulch and compost. Reasons you might want to rake include letting your yard breathe, turf protection with direct sunlight and nutrients, removing nesting material for insects and rodents, and preventing lawn diseases from fallen leaves. If you do choose to rake, please bring your leaves to the collection bin at either the Ranch House or the Town of Carbondale for composting.
