Local Businesses Volunteer to Keep Schools Open

It started with a question from Viracon...With covid and other illness having major impact on the Owatonna Public School staffing, how can local companies help?  Here's what the school district is saying would be most impactful:
  • Need 10 volunteers per day for a full school day (for support duties)
  • Targeting January 31-February 18th as highest need (these dates could change)
  • School needs name of volunteer and an email so the individual can complete a background check prior to serving.
If you or employees are able to assist, send an email to Brad Meier to get signed up.
